Overview

LINKS S.r.l. can offer a wide range of zig-zag machines according to any specific request coming from the customers. Our portfolio includes Manual as well as Semiautomatic and Fully Automatic models.

All our machines are multi-format machines and have several options such as zig-zag with perforation and the possibility to work with our new and innovative Density weight control system LWC.

We normally suggest to feed our zig-zag machine directly from the cards line in order to optimize the production and increase the performance and the efficiency of the line.

All our zig-zag machines receive the cotton band already prepared at the required width and they convert the material into the finished products. The main differences from manual to fully automatic solution are in the handling and packing operations and obviously in the number of operators involved.
